Refund Policy

Free Trial Period

The first 3 months of service are provided completely free of charge. No payment is required during this period and accordingly, no refund is applicable.

Paid Subscription — Refund Window

If you make a quarterly subscription payment (₹2,999) and are not satisfied, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the payment date.

  • Request must be received within 7 calendar days of payment
  • Full amount refunded — no deductions
  • Processed to the original payment source
  • No questions asked

After 7 Days

Refund requests received after 7 days from the payment date will not be honoured for the current quarter. You may cancel your subscription to prevent renewal for future quarters.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to info@nexttech.live
  2. Subject line: Refund Request — [Your Full Name]
  3. Include your registered mobile number and payment reference
  4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment source

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges (there are no auto-debits in any case). Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
