1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the services of Nexttech Securities Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be an Indian resident
• You must understand and accept the risks associated with equity and derivatives trading
• You must have a valid email and mobile number for service delivery

3. Service Description

Nexttech Securities Private Limited provides research-based trade recommendations in equity (Intraday, Swing, Mid-term) and derivatives (F&O). All recommendations are opinions based on technical and/or fundamental analysis. We do not manage client funds, operate portfolios, or provide personalised investment advice as defined under SEBI PMS regulations.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Free period: 3 months from the date of registration
• Post-free period: ₹2,999 per quarter, manual renewal only
• Payment accepted via UPI, NEFT, or Bank Transfer
• No automatic charges or auto-debit under any circumstances
• Subscription is confirmed only upon receipt of payment

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@nexttech.live. No questions asked. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Summary: refund requests within 7 days of payment for a paid quarter are honoured in full. No refunds after 7 days for the current quarter.

7. Intellectual Property

All trade calls, analysis, and content provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexttech Securities Private Limited. You may not reproduce, forward, resell, or publicly share any content without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Reselling or sublicensing our trade calls to third parties
• Sharing screenshots of calls on social media or public forums without permission
• Using our recommendations to build competing advisory products

9. Limitation of Liability

Nexttech Securities Private Limited and its analyst(s) shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or consequential losses arising from acting on our recommendations. All trading decisions are taken at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
